Hull

The City of Kingston Upon Hull is a city and metropolitan authority in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It stands on the River Hull at its junction with the Humber estuary, 40 kilometres inland from the North Sea. Hull has a resident population of 263,900. The Larger Urban Zone population stands at 573,300.

In recent years, the city has embarked on an extensive programme of economic regeneration, reconstruction and urban renewal. This includes the £160m Humber Quays development and £100 million residential development called the Boom. Over 600 luxury apartments and 300 bed hotels are planned to be constructed along the marina.

It has also been identified in a recent poll that over 47% of homes in Hull were rented compared to the national figure of 31%. In a recent article (January 2012) in The Times newspaper, the City of Hull has been identified as the second best location to invest in the UK second only to Liverpool in terms of rental return percentage yields.

JSI is proud to announce that we have successfully obtained Planning Permission at our site in Anlaby.

The village of Anlaby is located in the Western suburbs of the City of Hull. The current development plan of 12 apartments is slated for completion in January 2013. The 3-storey apartment block will comprise of two-bedroom units with attached bathrooms. It is strategically located along the main thoroughfare with many shops and amenities within walking distance. Anlaby is considered to be prime district for residential property purchases in and around the City.

Investors at this site are set to achieve a healthy 50% return on investment over a period of less than two years. JSI will continue to source for investment opportunities which will help its clients realise true returns in an optimal period of time.
