Land Ownership
|
Freehold Land Ownership has undeniably offered security and the prospect of wealth enhancement to the privileged few for centuries, not only in the United Kingdom but throughout the world.
Authorities, both at national and local level, are committed to provide, private, affordable and low cost home ownership in areas close to major towns and cities to meet the 6.1 million population increase over the next 25 years forecasted by the Office of National Statistics.
Inevitably, land that is well located in target expansion areas is in significant demand and it is clear that such housing targets can only be achieved by incursion onto Agricultural and Greenbelt land.
Land fitting this description is therefore considered by us as strategic land and is the total focus of our business and your opportunity.
