Reigate is an historic market town in Surrey, England.
It lies at the foot of the historic North Downs, inside the London commuter belt.
Kingswood railway station in Reigate has twice hourly services to Londons central
stations at Victoria and London Bridge, and is just a short journey from our site.
It is close to junction 8 of the London orbital motorway, the M25, which gives easy access
to most of England´s vast motorway network. Gatwick airport can be reached in approximately 20 minutes,
while Heathrow airport, widely considered the busiest airport in the world, can be reached in under an hour.
London and the South East has the highest housing target in England with the aim of building upwards of 1.4 million
new homes by 2020.
North Bitchburn , Crook, County Durham
Crook is a small market town in County Durham, England.
It is situated about 10 miles (16km) south west of the historic city of Durham.
Our site benefits from excellent road and rail networks, with one of England´s longest and oldest roads,
the A1 which gives a direct route to London, nearby. Our site has the advantage of being situated
within an hour drive of 3 major airports, Newcastle, Middlesborough and Durham Tees Valley.
The North East is a more rural area than the South however it is experiencing an increase both in
population and economic importance. The area has been ear marked as a growth point with significant
emphasis on regeneration in the area.
Fontley House, Titchfield, Fareham, Hampshire
Fareham lies in the south east of Hampshire, England.
It is a popular choice for the location of business call centres and several
of the UK´s major banks have offices in Fareham. Its close proximity to the M27
motorway gives excellent access to Portsmouth, Southampton and indeed London.
Fareham Railway station is close by with regular fast services to Portsmouth,
Southampton, Cardiff and London. Southampton airport is approximately 25 minutes away,
providing both domestic and international flights. There is an identified shortfall in housing,
particularly affordable housing, which could be met by urban extensions on Greenfield land.

Plank Lane, Water Orton, Birmingham
Water Orton lies to the North East of Birmingham in the West Midlands.
Birmingham is England´s second biggest city and benefits from excellent
infrastructure including shopping malls, industrial and office sites and schools and
universities. The site is adjacent to several major motorways, the M40 and the M6 to name but two.
Water Orton railway station is 5 minutes from our site and provides regular services into
Birmingham New Street station, the journey takes less than 10 minutes.
The site benefits from excellent access to 3 major airports, Birmingham International Airport is
a short 15 minute drive away down the M6 motorway also within one hour´s drive are East
Midlands and Coventry airports. The population of the West Midlands is 5.5 million and growing.
The Government gave the West Midlands a housing target of 450,000 to be spread across the region,
particularly in Warwickshire and Worcestershire. Water Orton lies in North Warwickshire.
Oxford Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire

It is widely considered to be the most expensive place to live in England apart from the centre of London.
The local railway station enjoys nearly 70 services a day into central London.
The site adjoins the London M25 orbital motorway and is only 13 miles from the busiest
airport in the world, Heathrow. It has excellent road networks into London itself, particularly along the A40.
London and the South East need more than 1.4 million new houses by 2020, the highest housing target in England.
South East Buckinghamshire Council, consider Gerrards Cross to be one of the areas where development will take place.
Lower Bedford Road, Romford, Essex
Romford is a large suburban town in northeast London in the county of Essex, England.
It is located 22.7 km northeast of Charing Cross. Romford is recognised as one of the eleven regionally
significant metropolitan centres in Greater London and one of the largest commercial, retail, entertainment
and leisure districts outside central London. The retail economy is complemented by the central business
district close to the railway station on the Great Eastern Main Line. Romford is also a hub of the London Buses
network providing excellent transportation facilities to existing residential development as well as feeder services
to large nearby housings.
